Politecnico di Torino was founded in 1859 as Scuola di Applicazione per gli Ingegneri (Technical School for Engineers), and it became Regio Politecnico di Torino in 1906. Event agenda
A PhD is a fundamental step for an academic career, but it also plays an important role in working in the research centres of national and international companies and reaching top positions outside the university world.
Politecnico di Torino, through highly innovative projects funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), is increasing the number of PhD scholarships. Around 90% of PhD positions have financial support now.
