Join UniCredit and POLIMI GSoM in the Green Revolution 

UniCredit supported by POLIMI GSoM is cultivating a deeper understanding of environmental challenges by providing opportunities for students to specialise in the Green Transition through two educational paths financed by UniCredit.

SKILLS FOR TRANSITION BOOTCAMP

This course is dedicated to talented young graduates and non-graduates who would like to expand their knowledge through a specialized program on Green Transition issues.

The Bootcamp will take on a maximum of 160 students, from all named countries, and selected based on the previously mentioned criteria.
Students who successfully complete the bootcamp will receive:

  • Participation certificate
  • LinkedIn Open Badge

Bootcamp contents 

The first two weeks will focus on a cross-disciplinary challenge, involving all participants. Thereafter, students will be divided into their preferred Net Zero sectors, choosing from:

1. Energy: Power and Oil & Gas / Iron & Steel
2. Transportation: Automotive / Aviation & Shipping
3. Service: Agriculture / Food
4. Manufacturing & Industrial: Commercial Real Estate / Construction

They will then undertake two challenges over a total of four weeks. The course will conclude with a Business Transformation Project.

SKILLS FOR TRANSITION MASTER

The course is dedicated to talented young people who have already earned their Bachelor's Degree and are keen to continue their education.

The Master's program will take on a maximum of 60 students, from all named countries, and selected based on the previously outlined criteria. 

Students who successfully complete the program will receive: 

  • 60 ECTS and a Final Diploma awarded by Politecnico di Milano
  • Competencies in skills for sustainable transition
  • Competencies in the strategic Net Zero sectors

Master's contents

Students will deepen their understanding of green transition and the impeding changes to the manufacturing and business landscape. The course also includes extensive collaboration with industry leaders and stakeholders who are deeply embedded in sectors undergoing ecological transformation. Through a hands-on, experiential approach to learning, students will actively engage in real-world scenarios and practical exercises.

Online classes with final graduation ceremony in person in Milan

Delivery mode

  • Mon-Fri from 15.00 to 19.00 CET
  • Saturday from 08.30 to 16.30 CET

Requirements

  • English proficiency: B2 and above
  • Born within 1994
  • Bachelor's Degree already earned
  • Employed people are admitted only with a contract not exceeding 20 hours per week

As part of an innovative social initiative aimed to foster a deeper understanding of
environmental challenges among the younger generation, UniCredit and POLIMI GSoM have collaborated. 

Selected students will have the option to choose between two training paths, both
focused to the Green Transition and fully financed by UniCredit.

No fee is required because both courses are entirely financed by UniCredit.
