As part of an innovative social initiative aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of environmental challenges among the younger generation, UniCredit and POLIMI GSoM have collaborated.

Selected students were given the option to choose between two training paths, a Master and a Bootcamp, both focused on the Green Transition and fully financed by UniCredit.

SKILLS FOR TRANSITION MASTER

This course offers valuable insights for talented young individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree who are eager to further their education. 

Master's contents

The course provides an in-depth exploration of the green transition and its transformative effects on the manufacturing and business landscape. The program emphasizes collaboration with industry leaders and stakeholders deeply involved in ecological transformation. Through a hands-on, experiential approach, it equips participants to engage with real-world scenarios and practical exercises, ensuring they gain applicable and enduring knowledge.

SKILLS FOR TRANSITION BOOTCAMP

This course provides an opportunity for talented individuals, both graduates and non-graduates, to expand their knowledge through a specialized program on Green Transition issues. 

Bootcamp contents 

Participants begin with a two-week cross-disciplinary challenge that involves collaborative engagement among all attendees. Following this, they select a preferred Net Zero sector to focus on, choosing from: 

1. Energy: Power and Oil & Gas / Iron & Steel
2. Transportation: Automotive / Aviation & Shipping
3. Service: Agriculture / Food
4. Manufacturing & Industrial: Commercial Real Estate / Construction

Over the next four weeks, participants tackle two targeted challenges within their chosen sector. The program culminates in a comprehensive Business Transformation Project, equipping attendees with practical and actionable insights for driving sustainability.
