MASTER DEGREE
Business Leadership
The study programme is designed to prepare highly qualified specialists who have knowledge of entrepreneurship, organization’s management modernization and leadership and who will be able to solve the problems of innovative business management in conditions of uncertainty.
Business leaders, who have leadership as well as entrepreneurial skills, focus on creating a learning environment in an organization, encouraging employees to improve, broaden their horizons, and solve problems creatively.
Graduates of Business Leadership will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to develop business, deepen creative thinking, create positive synergies.

Financial Engineering (FinTech)
The Master of Science (MSc) study program in Financial Engineering program is designed with the public interest and market needs in mind and is a system where the interests of key study program stakeholders – students, the university, business and the public sector – interact.
This study program aims not only to present classical financial management theories, but also to pass on the knowledge of effective and innovative tools for financial management.
During the studies, the attitudes of engineering thinking and project-based thinking are shaped. Particular attention is paid to the time factor, knowledge of financial risk and assessment of uncertainty in making financial management decisions in any field of financial engineering, be it investment portfolio management, business value management, use of financial technologies and others.

The Master's program in Global Economic focuses on developing mastery in assessing the environmental changes caused by internationalization and economic globalization.

After studies specialists will have the ability to use skills and apply the updated knowledge of economic theories, economic process management and economic engineering science.

International Business
The study programme covers planning, organizing, managing and taking control over different activities and creates preconditions for effective business management in a dynamic environment thus ensuring business competitiveness and added value creation at the national and international level.
